why do people lie about their ethnicity on muzz ? 🤨

Although the Quran implicitly forbids premarital romantic relationships, it never explicitly forbids it like zina.

To combat this implicit rule, the term "haram relationship" was coined to help prevent each generation from normalizing it and making zina easy, but, in low income countries with little push for native-tongue Quranic education (forced to recite in Arabic without reading/understanding the Quran in their native language first), I've noticed that it's normalized.

This seems prevalent in South East Asia, most low income African countries, China and Eastern Europe.

In the West, I see 1st generation SEAs (Bangladesh, Pakistani,Indian) and Nigerian muslims who aren't active at their local Canadian mosque's unknowingly partake in haram relationships ("looking for a serious relationship that turns to marriage" people) and live with their partners before marriage as a result.
