Thinking

This man was writing letters before he even met me

Jamaa becoming my little diary now

Every time i miss someone i never met

I come here and write another letter

One day InshaAllah

When we finally meet

Im going show you every single one

And say

Look

You was never a stranger in my duas

You just hadnt arrived yet

You know

People ask me what kind of woman i want

Truth is

I dont care about perfect face

Or perfect life

Beauty changes

Money comes and goes

But good heart

Good character

And someone who remembers Allah

Thats rare

I hope one day

When we have little argument

We still choose respect

When life becomes difficult

We still choose each other

When we become old

We still laugh at the same silly jokes

I dont know how many more letters i will write

Maybe 10

Maybe 100

But if Allah really wrote you for me

One day you will read them all

And realise

Someone was waiting for you

Long before you even knew his name
