What's up with all the mentionings of a "safe space". Are yall not planning on getting to know your to-be husband ahead of time? Or it must be that you plan on living in the jungles of Cambodia and need a dedicated area to survive? I know this might be crazy, but try taking time to get to know him like a normal person would. When I read "safe space", first thing to come to mind is mentally unstable.
