To my generation, and the ones that come after us:
Let's be the generation that ends the cycle.
The cycle of screaming because that's how we were spoken to.
The cycle of hitting because "I turned out fine."
The cycle of manipulation disguised as love.
The cycle of emotional neglect, silent treatment, jealousy, control, and cruelty being called "normal."
Let's normalize apologizing.
Let's normalize healthy communication.
Let's normalize respecting boundaries.
Let's normalize therapy when we need it.
Let's normalize kindness.
Let's normalize deplomacy when we work with each other
Let's normalize seeing each other's as equals, that marriage is a project, not a dictatorship, a project that only succeeds when both sides are heard and understood and no side takes over the other
Our children should never have to recover from their childhood.
Let's raise kids who don't fear us, but trust us.
Let's build relationships where love feels safe instead of exhausting.
Let's leave behind homes filled with laughter instead of walking on eggshells.
Healing doesn't erase the past, but it can change the future.
May the family tree remember us as the generation that chose compassion over ego, patience over anger, and love over fear.
The cycle ends with us.
"Breadcrumbing" is that scary.
They don't leave, but they don't fight for you either. They're comfortable having you around, but they don't want to grow with you...
They keep you in their life, yet they make no effort to make you feel loved...
They're afraid of losing you, but they still refuse to give you any certainty...
Tonight’s Du’a
O Allah,
as this day comes to an end, we place all our hopes in You.
Calm our hearts,
replace our worries with peace, our fears with trust, and our hardships with ease.
Bless our families,
protect us through this night, accept our sincere prayers, and fill tomorrow with Your mercy,
Your guidance,
and Your endless blessings.

Why do Gold members have limits on how people profiles that they can like in a day? Why did it change it from unlimited likes to 90 likes in a day?? What was the logic behind it?
