Kindness & Respect is something that should come freely, irrespective of what you have been through. As a woman respecting your man won't make you less rather it shows how virtuous you are. Also, as a man respecting your woman or wife won't make you less of a man it only shows how matured and how much of a leader you are. Just because one man/woman had disrespected you in the past should not be an excuse for you to disrespect others.
