I have never thought I’ll end up in dating app where 99,9% of people aren’t serious and 1% good men are there thinking the other 1% hard to exists too, SubhanAllah
Walahi it’s very simple when someone is clear and clean, directed and know what they want,
Please stop trying people as your trail version, haram.
May Allah ease marriage way to the one who fears Allah without doubt 🤲🏻🌹

Mahr is often cited as being equivalent to 480 dirhams, which is approximately 1,470g of silver.
To estimate its value today:
1,470g × £1.45 = approximately £2,131.50.
I'm sharing this to raise a couple of questions:
If we aim to follow Islamic teachings, why do some families insist on extremely high mahr amounts that go far beyond the spirit of simplicity encouraged in Islam?
A friend of mine went through a very difficult divorce. After his wife became pregnant, her family demanded an additional £10,000 worth of gold on top of the mahr that had already been agreed and paid. When he refused, the marriage broke down. Three years later, despite paying child maintenance, he has still not been allowed to see his child. He also says false allegations were made against him, and his ex-wife has since remarried.
Cases like this are heartbreaking—not just for the father, but especially for the child.
While I know these situations do not represent all women or all families, it is worth asking: why do some families treat marriage as a financial transaction rather than a partnership built on faith, compassion, and mutual respect? Islam teaches justice, kindness, and fairness to both spouses. When greed or financial demands become the priority, everyone involved can end up suffering.
I'd be interested to hear respectful perspectives on this issue.

Hello y'all!
I've just started my journey on this app, hoping to find the right person, someone who is genuine in every sense of the word.
I've already received a few likes, so now comes the hard part: sorting through them and deciding who to start a conversation with. Hopping it goes well!
I'll keep you all updated if anything interesting happens.
So ladies, how has your journey been so far? I'd love to hear about your experiences. Let's share stories, tips, and maybe a few lessons we've learned along the way!
Love, M
