Navigating life in your 30s? Come connect and grow with others on the same path, from careers to relationships to identity 💬
Beyond the credentials and career, I’m someone who has spent years observing, questioning, learning, and writing about life in all its complexity. Writing is not a hobby for me; it’s how I make sense of the world. I write about human nature, relationships, resilience, meaning, personal growth, society, and the quiet lessons hidden in everyday experiences.
London School of Economics graduate. Banker by profession, writer by passion, and lifelong student of people, ideas, and the world.
Over two decades of international experience across banking, strategy, consulting, education, and leadership have taken me through different countries, cultures, and conversations. Along the way, I’ve discovered that the most valuable things in life are not titles or destinations, but meaningful connections, shared laughter, and stories worth telling.
When I’m not working or writing, you’ll often find me painting, singing, playing music, creating handcrafted pieces, mentoring others, travelling, or exploring subjects ranging from history and philosophy to psychology, science, art, and spirituality. Curiosity has been my constant companion throughout life.
Life has given me experiences across continents, professions, successes, setbacks, and reinventions. I hope to meet someone who can genuinely connect with that journey, share stories, laughter, adventures, ideas, and moments of wonder. Someone who feels comfortable being fully herself, who finds inspiration in meaningful conversations, and who enjoys a connection that brings warmth, trust, growth, joy, and a sense of being understood.
I believe the best relationships are those in which two people enrich each other’s lives, feel safe and appreciated in each other’s presence, and leave every conversation feeling a little lighter, wiser, and more alive than before.
This ending feels warmer, more confident, and less like a checklist of requirements. It invites rather than filters.
It's funny how some conversations stay with you, even after they've ended.
Not because they were long or perfect, but because they ended before they had a fair chance to become something more. Sometimes all it takes is one misunderstanding.
No complaints, no looking back just a reminder that timing and understanding matter more than we realize.
Why give me your WhatsApp if you’re not interested in talking? Tired of people wasting my time. 🤦🏾♂️
I’ll be 37 next month and I’m realizing more and more how society judges this age range without knowing the person. I am not falling apart or slowing down, if anything I am thriving more now than ever. I am physically fit more than ever. I am healthier more than ever. I tend to my hobbies more than ever. I laugh more than ever. I’m social more than ever. I enjoy life more than ever! Yet even if I meet people, and they thought I was younger, once they find out my age they immediately change their demeanor towards me! It’s sickening!
30’s is not old! 🥴

Assalamualaikum.
Wow... it's been so long! :)
I'm 34 years old this year and not gonna lie, I feel a little bit... lonely. Depressed too.
How do you respond to your family who are pressuring you to get married quickly?
🌅 As-salāmu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. Alhamdulillah for the gift of a new day. May Allah fill our hearts with gratitude, guide our steps, bless our efforts, and protect us from all harm today. “O Allah, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the Fire.” May this morning bring peace, mercy, and abundant blessings to you and your loved ones. Ameen. 🤲
