They plan and Allah plans..
And he is indeed,
The best planner!
I planned something, I will marry at this age, I will choose a slow homely life, have children by this age, have these many children.
Yet here I am living a totally different life because of the circumstances not because of choice.. still loving it because I know he selected this for me..
That’s how Allah decide the journey for you and you just play!

I'm going to confess my feelings to someone this week, but I don't have high hopes at all. I just want to close this chapter so I can move on from this open-loop situationship. The thing is, I know he's attracted to me, appearance-wise at least. We have the same humor, we can talk for hours about random things. I feel he may enjoy my companionship. That's all.
But I know he may not like me enough to commit. He ticks so many boxes it annoys me. I mean, usually, guys like him that I've connected with previously have already ghosted and left me by this time. Why is he still sticking around? 😐
I always end up in this situation where a guy only enjoys my companionship, likes to hang out and parade me around, but not enough to commit to a serious relationship.
I'm going to be sad to end this kind connection once I let him know my feelings. But it's also not my first time needing to move on from this kind of connection. This time, I prepared for the rejection at least.

Do you think...
a strong marriage needs two people who think alike, or two people who respect each other's differences?
