I feel down when I try to move on from someone, I feel like I realized that I was stupid by continuing to remind and have expectations about him, even though I also realized that I couldn't be with him. And from there I tried to find out what really happened to me, and I found some explanations that say that falling in love can make us stupid, what do you think about that?

How can someone become your whole world someone you cared for and sacrificed so much for and still end up hurting you the most

People who are born in the 90s are struggling the most in life. No decent job, no partner, no good health, nothing seems to be working for them. We grow up without phones and social media. We saw the TVs changing color(from black&white to colorful), tv dramas, cartoons and even news had fixed time tables. We used to listen to music on cassette player. Play games outside with friends. Then the sudden technological boom changed everything and we got used to it but somewhere we still miss those pure and innocent days which will never come back. The distance was long during those times but people were closer to our hearts but now the distance is close(social media) and people are far away from our heart this new world looks like an illusion to us like it's a temporary arrangement which will revert back. We are unable to catch up with the new reality of this generation. We show no urgency in life like everything will fall into it's place. It is we who maybe living in a delusion. May Allah help us.

Just bruuuuuutal realising after being off of vyvanse for two weeks due to traveling that if it weren't for needing them due to work, I'm pretty functional without taking the meds.

Self test how small/narrow minded are you?
1-Do you apply your own experience as the universal rule: if something didn't affect you then it can't affect others?
Example: someone says "X causes Z" but you already have Z without X, so you argue X isn't the problem without realizing your case doesn't cancel everyone else's.
2-Do you think in absolutes:ideas are either completely right or completely wrong, nothing in between?
3-When was the last time you genuinely changed your mind about something do you even remember?
4-Do your arguments exist mainly to catch the other person in a "gotcha" moment rather than actually understand them?
5-Have you ever objected to something you didn't fully understand just because you didn't like the feeling it gave you?
6-Can someone challenge your idea without you taking it personally?
7-Can you disagree with someone and still leave them feeling respected?

Note:inspired by almost every discussion I have here.
