❌ red flag 🚩 number 3❌: the proud doctor.

Doctors are great but some add it their profile job info + as picture with a doctor uniform in 'their' office + mentioning doctor in their bio. somtimes even as jamaa post: 'hey.. I am a doctor..'. Same for: 'future doctor..'

It's not their occupation it's a bait, taste it but don't swallow...🎣

C u tomorrow with another 🚩

How much longer, Ya Allah?
I’ve been patient. I’ve been making dua. I’m trying to trust You… but my heart is tired. ❤️‍🩹

If that’s where you are right now, please remember:

You are allowed to be tired and still have sabr.
You are allowed to cry and still trust Allah.
You are allowed to not understand the timing and still believe in His wisdom.

Sabr doesn’t mean the waiting doesn’t hurt.
It means that even while your heart is hurting, you keep turning back to Allah.

And Allah tells us:

No matter how many times you stumble, never let shame keep you away from Allah. The door of tawbah is open. Begin again, seek His forgiveness, and take one small step closer to Him. Your past doesn't have to keep you from returning to your Lord. 🌷🤍

There's so much power in believing
Things will work out. Even if you don't
Know how or when.

If you still need everyone to understand you, you are asking for permission.

THE MODERN DATING CRISIS
CHAPTER V : " MAYBE LOVE WAS NEVER A MARKET 🖤"

Perhaps the biggest mistake we have made is trying to measure love using the language of economics.

Market value. Rankings. Competition. Leagues. Winners and losers.

We have started speaking about human beings as if they were products competing for attention on a digital shelf.

But a human being is not a product.

The quiet man who gets overlooked today might become the person who makes someone feel safest tomorrow. The woman who refuses to settle for appearances might discover that the connection she wants begins with a conversation she nearly ignored.

Neither outcome is guaranteed. Life does not owe anyone a relationship simply because they are kind, attractive, successful, or patient.

But genuine connection becomes more possible when we give people room to be more than their first impression.

Maybe you are not everyone's type.

Maybe you are still growing.

Maybe you have been rejected more times than you can count.

That does not mean you are destined to be alone.

Keep building your life. Learn to communicate. Become emotionally available without becoming emotionally dependent. Know your worth without assuming you are entitled to someone else's affection.

And when you meet someone, try to see the person behind the profile.

Because somewhere between the perfect photographs, endless swipes, unrealistic expectations, and fear of rejection, we may have forgotten the simplest truth:

The purpose of dating was never to prove that you are desirable to everyone.

It was to discover someone with whom you can be completely, comfortably, and honestly yourself.

Perhaps the real revolution in modern dating will not begin when average men become more attractive or when women lower their standards.

Perhaps it will begin when we stop asking:

"How many people want me?"

And start asking:

"Can two people choose each other for who they truly are?"

Because in a world full of options, being genuinely understood might be the rarest kind of attraction.

A thought from a storyteller who still believes that people are more than their profiles. 🖤

YOUR TURN:

Do you think modern dating has become too focused on looks, money, and status or are people simply becoming more selective?

Let's discuss it without insulting either gender.
