I have a theory that sometimes men and women need different instruction manuals. 😂
When a man is angry and says,
“Please, give me some time. I just want to be alone,” chances are he genuinely wants to be left alone.
But when a woman, especially your wife says, “I'm not in the mood to talk,” you better not disappear.
“Please leave me alone.”
Translation: Notice that I'm upset and stay somewhere within reasonable distance.
“I don't want to eat.”
Translation: You are seriously going to let me starve while I'm angry?
“I'm fine.”
Translation: You have approximately 17 seconds to figure out that I'm not fine.

I feel like sometimes the problem isn't even the disagreement, it's understanding what the other person actually means when they communicate.
