Hajj and Umrah

Nowadays Muslim parents push their kids to go to school early so that they can make it to the first row in lecture hall but can’t push their kids to go to the mosque so that they can make it in the first roll after the imam,

Allahu Akbar !

A Friday reminder.

• When the khutbah is on, no;📌

• -tasbeeh
• -quran
• -istigfar
• -du’ah
• -or other form of adhkar.

The sunnah here is to listen to the imam.

You can still respond to du’ahs done with Āmin, or saying “ﷺ” when Rasulullah ﷺ name’s mentioned.

• Don’t stay at your shops or shades just because it’s closer to the mosques and you can hear the Imam

• -instead join main rows from the masjid

• It is Sunnah to pray 4 raka’a nawafil (in the masjid) or 2 raka’ah nawafil (at home) after the jum’a salah

• Avoid conversing when the khutbah is on.

May Allah ﷻ accept it from us, Āmeen

Some of us can’t remember when last they’re at the Masjid when the Imam will start the Khutbah.

• -We often go late
• -Or hang around making noice until the prayer is about to begin.

May Allah guide us all, Āmeen
