Some people become a beautiful part of our story and leave memories that time can never completely erase. ❤️

How do you reconcile the person you thought you knew with the person their actions revealed?

I think that's one of the hardest parts of betrayal—not just discovering what someone did, but realizing that the image you had of them may have been very different from who they actually were.

Sometimes the person you trusted most is the person who teaches you that religious appearance and character are not always the same thing.

I owe myself an apology.
For the times I put myself last trying to be enough for others.
I'm learning to give myself the same grace I gave everyone else.
I came to realize, being too accommodative brings disrespect.
Now I choose boundaries over people-pleasing.1

Hi Everyone!🙃

I believe mental health is just as important as physical health—especially when building a meaningful relationship.

For me, emotional maturity means being able to communicate honestly, listen without judging, apologize when you’re wrong, and support each other through difficult days.

I’m curious: what’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself that has made you a better person or partner? 🌱

I suddenly got hit with intrusive thoughts that the potential I'm speaking to is losing interest (I have an anxious avoidant attachment type) I don't need advice I just needed to put it out there 😭

What if every lie you tell creates a version of reality where it became true?

I've got anxious attachment but when it comes to Internet strangers, I am detached. It only gets bad once I've met a guy a few times in person and really like him.

In fact, I have a lazy CBA attitude to online strangers and I just trust them less. Once I've met someone in person, then that's when I'm like "okay you are a real person and I like you." but I can't form attachments online.

There's this guy I'm speaking to and I just haven't replied to him from this morning. He keeps giving morning messages and because we have not met yet, I'm too lazy to reply and I've also been busy today but then I imagine that this guy has anxious attachment (even though there's zero evidence for that) and feel guilty. I make these fake scenarios in my head that he's feeling anxious because I've not replied within a few hours and he's having these really bad rejection-based thoughts and assuming the worst- then I end up replying.

Does anyone else get like this?
