Don’t listen to what they say. Watch what they do. That’s where you’ll find your place in their life.

Choose comfort over appearance. Life isn’t about looking good on the journey; it’s about feeling at peace with the life you live.

Who hurts you? Your own expectations.

Letting go is not always giving up. sometimes it is how you stop being dragged backward.

Why is it that those who are well-behaved, respectful, and genuinely want a relationship that pleases God always seem to have little luck, while those in bad relationships and those just looking for fun are more numerous and seem to be getting along well? Honestly, I need a serious and clear relationship with good intentions.

No longer chasing what is not there, I choose to celebrate what is here. I am grateful for my life today — with wounds that are slowly healing and happiness that is slowly growing

We can do all the clinical introspection, read every self-growth book, and practice modern mindfulness, but if the soul itself is broken or led astray, psychological tools are just band-aids. True emotional healing requires spirituality.
Interestingly, almost every 'new' self-awareness tool taught today is just an echo of what our Prophets were given. Look at Prophet Musa (A.S.)—after the miracles of the sea and the staff, he questioned why he couldn't just lead his people directly to the promised land. The divine response was profound: How could he lead them there when they did not yet know how to live there?
We often spend so much mental energy forcing doors open, chasing specific goals, or yearning for a certain calibre of relationship, coming across obstacle after obstacle while crying out, 'Why me?' But if something is written for you, you don't have to chase it down until you break.
The real shift in our mental health happens when we stop asking, 'Why is this happening to me?' and start asking, 'Yaa Rabb, what am I supposed to learn from this so I can become who You need me to be?' Our heaviest trials aren't punishments; they are the architectural work being done on our character to prepare us for what is actually meant for us ♥️

Mental health and love are two sides of the same coin; true love not only repairs hearts, but also gives the soul its balance, and sound mental health is the true home in which love flourishes without depletion or fear.

Don't suppress your fatigue or feelings; seeking a safe space for expression is everyone's right.
