Sweetest person is dangerous , more than a criminal.
I'm sad...I admire someone I met on Muzz...someone who is calm and wise:)...but it all ended and until now I still admire him:(
Is there any suicide survival over here?
Just one difficulty after another…struggling so hard to keep my head up.
Healing is not linear and it is also not loud.
Most days it looks like choosing not to send the message.
Choosing sleep over spiraling.
Choosing to eat something.
Nobody gives you credit for the quiet battles you win daily.
But they are the most important ones.
After leaving me on seen for hours , make sure you introduce yourself in the next conversation , inconsistent people give me diarrhea 🙌🏻😡😂
🧠 Mental Health Check-In 🌿
A gentle reminder:
You do not have to be strong every single day.
Some days you’ll feel motivated, productive, and full of energy.
Other days, simply getting out of bed, showing up, and making it through the day is an achievement.
Both days count.
We often speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to someone we love. We criticize ourselves for being tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling. Yet healing rarely comes from self-judgment—it comes from self-compassion.
Take a moment today and ask yourself:
🤍 Have I been resting enough?
🤍 Have I been carrying burdens I was never meant to carry alone?
🤍 Have I been giving myself the same kindness I give to others?
🤍 Have I taken time to nourish my mind, body, and soul?
Remember: seeking support is not weakness. Taking care of your mental health is not selfish. Setting boundaries is not being rude.
You deserve the same care, patience, and understanding that you so freely give to others.
And if today feels heavy, don’t focus on the whole journey. Just take the next step.
May Allah ease every anxious heart, heal every hidden wound, lighten every burden, and grant peace to those silently struggling. May He fill our hearts with hope, our minds with clarity, and our lives with His mercy and tranquility.

Dont expect anything from anyone.
Accept everything that Allah has decided for you.
Dont keep thinking about the past or worrying about the future, focus on the present and do your best today.
Be happy with little and be grateful for everything.
Forgive, even if they don't ask for your forgiveness.
Peace begins when you stop trying to control everything and start trusting Allah's plan.
If you fail in life after trying so hard clear the road and let God do the best 👌 for you sometimes you need to be gentle for great things to happen
