Reflection post. A key lesson I’ve learnt the last 3 years - most people you meet are against oppression and injustice but not many are willing to do anything about it or take meaningful action. Often (but not always) because people are unwilling to give up their convenience or privilege. A lack of emotional maturity prevents meaningful discussion on the issue as most humans do not like taking accountability for their actions or in action and prefer to make up excuses. We have all heard the expression action speaks louder than words. Most people are all talk and no action. Inshallah we will see a just and peaceful world one day. This is only a personal reflection.
