U could be the master of ur fate
U could be the captain of ur soul
But u have to realise that life is coming from u and not at u
And that's take time🤞🏽

Devilish countenance unhidden

clear words of violence unhidden

shameless thoughts at the forefront unchecked

yet no one believed when he said “Amalek…”

our world broken beyond repair. Theirs in despair

open acts of animalistic drudgery folding the earth over

What is human life?

It is not possible that they believe what they say

yet the whole world chooses to believe them and still say “they have the right to defend themselves…”

This is beyond hubris.

Images seared into our minds yet they tell us sit back and unwind?

they believe us idiots or blind?

have they forgotten who put them in their place?

elected to act on our behalf but seems like the old adage is true… “absolute power corrupts absolutely”

but is it absolute? They can be dragged down, but the problem is we forgot our place too.

we have the power to give and take

to break the abusers away from their place

and break the system to wake people to reality

Shouldn’t they relinquish their place if we say enough?

Do we have the right to go out and be rough?

Some think other avenues were exhausted…

Who am I to say.

I found solace amidst darkness
And silence behind the waves

Even After Losing You

Even after losing you, I kept loving you,
I kept fooling my heart, pretending I was fine.

You told me, “Just forget me,”
But every night, I cried remembering you.

When I saw you happy with someone else,
I smiled, while hiding the pain meant for me.

I thought you were my whole world,
But you kept pushing me away from yours.

Sometimes I wonder, “What was missing in me?”
Then I remember—love was never meant to be measured.

Now I don’t even mention your name to anyone,
But I still keep you hidden in my heart.

You were never mine, maybe that was fate,
But I was yours… and I always will be.

The Love I Never Asked For

I loved you in the quiet of the night,
When no one knew how hard I held you in my sight.

I saved your name in places no one sees,
And carried your memories like a heart carries its pleas.

You were the thought that stayed when the day was done,
The love I kept alive, though I was the only one.

I never asked the stars to change your heart,
I only wished you’d see me before we fell apart.

I watched the distance grow between us every day,
While all the words I wanted stayed locked away.

You were my favorite dream, my sweetest pain,
The sunshine I remembered through the rain.

And now I know that some hearts are not meant to meet,
Some stories end before they ever feel complete.

But if you ever wonder why I loved you so,
It was because my heart had nowhere else to go.

The Love I Couldn’t Tell You

I loved you in the moments you never knew,
In every little dream, I imagined me and you.

I smiled when your name appeared upon my screen,
Though you never knew what those smiles could mean.

I kept your memories like letters in a drawer,
And wished for a love I could never ask for.

You were the prayer I whispered late at night,
The reason my lonely world still felt bright.

I never blamed you for the love you couldn’t give,
I only wished, for once, you’d know how I live.

I watched you walk away and said nothing at all,
While my heart kept waiting for your call.

Some loves are not meant to be held or claimed,
They live in the heart, quietly unnamed.

And if someday you wonder who loved you so,
It was me… the one you never came to know.

The morning sun on the back of her head
Illuminates every wildly curling strand.
Shades of jet, amber, gold - deer hide hair
On the little head that leans into my side
With pure, innocent trust
First thing in the morning.

_Pieces of you are scattered in my mind,
edges no longer fitting where they’re supposed to.
I thought I could treat you like a puzzle
find every piece,
complete the borders,
make sense of what we were.

But you’re scattered in my mind,
hidden in corners I can’t reach,
fragments of a picture
I’m still trying to remember whole.

Would saying I miss you
be the glue
that holds the scattered pieces together?_

If we're to die strangers before the world ends,
you can find me at death’s table
a seat already waiting,
your name carved beside mine
where our last goodbyes
become our forever hello.
