I’m so stressed RN

This past Ramadan, I made personalized tasbeehs for myself and my loved ones. I’ve found that reciting dhikr, especially during difficult seasons, brings a sense of calm back into my heart.

Is there a dua, ayah, or surah that helps you feel grounded during challenging times?

Lately I’ve been turning to the dua of Prophet Ayyub (AS):
رَبِّ اَنِّيْ مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَاَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِيْنَ

Rabbi anni massaniyadh-dhurru wa anta arhamur-Raahimeen

Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the most Merciful of the merciful ones.
(Quran: 21:83)

I'm not a supporter of dating or the boyfriend/girlfriend culture, and it's something I genuinely dislike...eww gross😒. I don't believe in temporary relationships or getting emotionally attached without commitment 🙅🏻‍♀️. I've never been in a relationship and I don't plan on ever being in one, I'd rather stay single for as long as it takes than become someone's girlfriend just for the sake of being in a relationship. Not my thing.... never ❌

The only relationship I truly believe in is nikah ❤️. To me, it's the purest, most honorable and most meaningful form of love 🥰. If Allah has written someone for me, they'll come into my life through the right and halal way, In shaa Allah 🤲🏻. Until then, I'm perfectly content staying single and protecting my peace, my values, and my deen 😎.

So guys, don't get involved in haram relationships 🚫. If Allah has already written a beautiful halal love story for you, why choose something that could harm both your dunya and your akhirah? Trust Allah's timing, be patient and protect your deen 👍🏻.

Always choose halal over haram✌🏻.
