Assalamu Alaikum,
Eid Mubarak to everyone. I am 40, single father to an 11 year old girl, living near Toronto. I am open to connecting with someone with or without children who is willing to accept us as a complete package. If interested, please feel free to send me a direct message. May Allah Ta'la make things easy for everyone and bless us all with happiness and sincere companionship. Ameen!

Being both a father and a mother is the hardest yet most beautiful job. Thank God for the strength that helps me bring joy to his little heart."

Me as a young mother of 9.. My thoughts..

Being a singlemum with many children does not make a woman less worthy of love, respect, or acceptance. It means she carries responsibilities many people could never handle. Every sleepless night, every sacrifice, every tear hidden behind a smile it shows strength, not failure. The right person will not look at her children as “baggage.” They will see them as part of her story, part of her heart. A woman who continues loving, nurturing, and surviving despite everything deserves someone who accepts her fully, not conditionally.
Not everyone will understand her journey, and that’s okay. The ones meant for her will stay. They will admire her patience, her resilience, and the way she keeps going even when life becomes heavy. A single mum is still deserving of companionship, affection, marriage, and a soft place to rest her heart. Her children do not reduce her value if anything, they reveal how deeply she knows how to love.

I'm probably going to get flagged for this, but are there ACTUALLY single fathers? Like us single moms? Playing both roles, full responsibility/custody, working full-time etc etc.? Forgive my ignorance but from where I come, I've not seen men do that...it's the mothers that bare the brunt. Single dad is like something I've seen in movies and read in books maybe. Not in real life, SubhanAllah.

If your child still sees both of their biological parents please realize how privileged they are, my daughter has never seen her mum since age 5 month, she’s 2 and half now and has recently (in the past week) just been saying ‘mommy’ when she’s upset or sad and icl it’s getting to me dunno how to respond or what to say to her?

Do you single moms like profiles that say the man is divorced/has a kid? Or go for single men as well?

I don't know what the situation is over here 🫠

Assalamu alaikum!

How is Muzz for single moms with teens? Has it been positive or am I wasting my time here? 😬
