We can do this! Hopefully, I can also switch from eating junk food to healthy food. After all, you guys aren't trash, so don't eat trash—I mean fast food or junk food.

If you suffer from insomnia and cannot sleep, you must force yourself to sleep; do not give in to the urge to become a creature of the night who wanders around. Also, eat healthily—avoid junk food, fast food, or instant meals.

Don't forget to maintain a disciplined sleep schedule and ensure you get enough rest. Avoid staying up late unless necessary; if you suffer from insomnia, you must make sure to get some sleep. Thankfully, I do not suffer from insomnia.

Idk how silly this question is but for the hijabi sisters, have you noticed a drastic difference in how your hijab sits after losing a substantial amount of hair? Even without a hijab my hair looks strange when I put it up on account of how much I’ve lost 🤕
