Before moving to Texas make sure whatever job or career field you have is in high demand in Texas...
if you're job position isnt in high demand category you're basically at the bottom of the barrel you got to get what you can get you can't be picky cuz you got to be able to pay
@PeaceNblessings
I do not want to pay this light bill I think I'm about to switch companies 😂

Have u all thought of marrying someone whos not Muslim and probably inviting them to Islam instead of paying 100k Mahr?
I honestly think its a great way to do Dawaa especially if you’re too busy and not able to handle the headache of paying that much money that will probably end up in a divorce in a few years with kids that are not gonna love you bcz youre the father who left them.

Any women want to talk
This is honestly my last hope of making friends. I really just want to meet genuine people of any gender. It’s been really tough for me here in Dallas, and I’ve struggled to find people I genuinely connect with.
I came to the U.S. to pursue my undergraduate degree, but socially, it was a lot harder than I expected. I’ve had a difficult time meeting people and building meaningful friendships, and at times, it felt like everyone was being fake.
If you live in or around Dallas and are also looking to make genuine friends, I’d really appreciate it if you reached out. I’m open to meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds. I just want to find some good people to connect with and hopefully build real friendships.
