I feel like there is a disconnect between the person we show ourselves as and the person we actually are.
We have crafted a version of ourself on these dating apps that is flawless or at very least a poor reflection of our actual selves.

A friend of mine send rista for his girlfriend of 4 years and she said to her parents that she didnot want to maary him and had no romantic ties, i wonder why would you do that when victory was so close. (Her parents liked my friend and it was consentual)
