Salam all, want to know thoughts on why the younger generation are struggling to find their partners and why there are so many divorces in our community.

Also, why are imams not encouraging counselling? Why are they so quick to encourage a talaaq with the husband and not sit them both down to discuss before ending a marriage? Is there not enough education regarding marriage for our generation to understand marriage and make it work?
