Assalamu alaikum fellow Aussies!

Which state in Australia would u recommend for raising a family in a strong Islamic environment?

I’m looking for somewhere with good Muslim schools and a practising Muslim community where children can grow up surrounded by the deen. Access to knowledgeable scholars and Islamic classes is important too.

Ideally somewhere with plenty of halal food options and businesses a visible Muslim community sisters wearing hijab, regular Islamic events and activities for families and children. Somewhere that makes practising Islam and raising children upon the deen feel natural rather than isolating.

For those who’ve lived in different states and suburbs, where would u recommend and why? I’d love to hear about your actual experiences with the schools and community.
