Ladies and gentlemen, get ready! Our next masterclass will cover a subject that seems simple, but that many people still don't fully understand: the roles and responsibilities within a relationship.

Let's start with something basic: a woman is not your mother, your sister, your babysitter, or your work colleague. 😂

Of course, a woman can take care of you, support you, respect you, give you advice, and stand by your side. That's part of being a partner. But there is a huge difference between caring for someone and having to raise a grown man!

Men, please pay attention: your wife shouldn't have to wake up every morning thinking about everything that needs to be done, making every decision, organizing the household, managing every problem, reminding you of your responsibilities, and explaining the basics of how to participate in a relationship.

She is not your project manager, and certainly not your performance supervisor! 😂

When a woman has to take on absolutely every responsibility, make every decision, and take every initiative, the dynamic of the relationship starts to change.

And do you know what can happen?

She starts seeing her partner as someone she needs to look after, guide, and constantly remind, rather than as a man with whom she can share her life.

She wants to be able to relax, trust, admire, and feel that she doesn't have to be in control of absolutely everything, all the time.

And here's an important point: femininity doesn't disappear because a woman works, pays bills, makes decisions, or is independent. However, a relationship in which she has to carry everything alone can leave her constantly on alert, with no room to simply enjoy being in a relationship.

The same applies to men: you also deserve a partner, not someone who treats you as if you're incapable.

A relationship is not a competition to see who does more. It's a partnership where both people understand and take responsibility for their roles.
