I spent over a decade in law enforcement before starting my own company. During that time, I met people from all walks of life, often in some of the most difficult moments they’d ever faced. Each experience taught me something about people, leadership, accountability, and the importance of faith.
Over the years, many of the brothers and sisters I’ve had the privilege of mentoring into law enforcement, or supporting through workplace investigations, have encouraged me to write a book and share the lessons I’ve learned. I’ve put it off for far too long.
So I’ve decided to start here and test the idea.
From time to time, I’ll share reflections, stories, and lessons from my experiences. My hope is that what I’ve learned through both successes and mistakes can benefit someone else, inshallah.
