I think mutual Cooperation is the Base of Every long lasting relationship 💕

A few days ago, I deactivated my Facebook account after 15 yrs, then DLT messenger, and insta also. Now I can give my time to think, I can talk with Allah for more time. I can think of what I have to do.

It was not so easy for me as a socialist, so many social activists on social platforms I had to maintain. But I did. When I made it happen, before that time, I was scrolling for FB, chatting for nothing benefit. Lastly, that day, I was just scrolling and watching my feeds until 10pm to 6am in the early morning. Then, after praying, I sleep. That day I really thought what I was doing just for that. It only killed my time.

Then I decided I will stop my social platform and I will see what happens to me. I found peace after then. No headache, no stress, no unstable blood pressure, no depression and I feel good. But I know it might be I'm missing some story, but it’s important for my peaceful life.

Actually, social media make us maniacs. It destroys our mind, it destroys our thinking capacity. It suddenly makes us sad and suddenly makes us happy, which has an impact on our feelings too.

Moral of the story, please try to avoid social media platforms as much as you can. Read books, read the Quran, give time to the family, learn something new and travel to a new place.
