As a revert,I want to learn Arabic so I can be able to recite Quran in Arabic Rather than reading it in English,but I have problem with pronouncing R/L they all sounds the same to me,j got a teacher before but she made me hate trying very rude not patient,I gave up,but I really want to learn 😏😏,

No human being is free from sins and mistakes.
What is expected from a believer is not perfection, but sincere striving and repentance.
• Try your best not to sin intentionally.
• Strive to make your good deeds outweigh your bad.
• Make du‘ā to Allah ﷻ for Jannah.
• Make du‘ā to Allah ﷻ to protect you from Jahannam.
And if you fall into a sin:
• Sincerely repent.
• Feel genuine regret.
• Leave the sin and stay away from what leads you back to it.
• If you wronged someone, return their rights or seek their forgiveness.
• Learn from the mistake and become better.
Never think, “I have sinned, so there is no point in trying anymore.”
Allah ﷻ loves those who constantly repent. Keep returning to Him, no matter how many times you fall.
Fall → repent → learn → get back up → keep striving.
May Allah ﷻ forgive our sins, accept our repentance, increase our good deeds, grant us Jannatul-Firdaws, and protect us from Jahannam.

Would like to communicate with revert who came to your faith due to tragic life event, sudden dissability, loss of limbs, or was able to draw on this faith to carry you through your pain, loss or misfortune. I ask with utmost respect, as your experience would no doubt give me more strength to deal with my own road less travelled.

There is a beautiful strength in someone who found Islam after knowing what life felt like without it.
They know what it means to search.
They know what doubt feels like.
They know what it means to start learning something completely new.
And perhaps that's why some reverts hold onto their faith with such tenderness.
They remember what it felt like before they found it.
May Allah protect every heart He has guided and make their journey easier with every step.

My question for the revert sisters, how did you get convinced by islam shari'a especially when it comes to the rules that may look a little bit hard on women in islam?

I’m someone who is on a beautiful journey of discovering Islam and deepening my faith. I was raised in a Christian home, and while I respect the faith I grew up with, I’ve never felt as deeply connected to those roots as I do to what I’ve been discovering through Islam.
Over time, I’ve spent countless hours watching lectures and videos, reading, learning, and trying to understand Islam on a deeper level. Something about this faith has touched my heart in a way I can’t quite put into words. I haven’t taken my Shahada yet, but it is something I deeply long for and hope to do when the time feels right.
I’m hoping to meet kind, genuine Muslim women who are willing to share their faith, friendship, experiences, and perspective with me. I would love to build friendships with women who can help me grow closer to Allah, learn more about Islam, and experience the beauty of sisterhood.
I’m still learning and have so much to discover, but my heart is open. 🤍
