I am male. I've had several experiences recently on this app where women I was talking to mid conversation randomly block me or appear unavailable (don't know if it's deleted account or blocking)...the point I wanted to check and ask, do others have the same happen to them? I would much prefer if you feel the vibe isn't right that you communicate that and let me know. It just seems polite and courteous especially moreso in a culture that seemingly rewards instant dopamine.

We're all looking for our person. Let's be kind to one another in the process.

I’d understand the block if I’d just arrived in the country or even if I’d moved here in my 20s, as growing up in a different country can lead to cultural differences that the girl might not want to deal with. Your mindsets might not align, and there could be differences in values or expectations that make you incompatible.

but when you’ve literally grown up here and spent most of your life here, why does it matter where you were born?

What I don’t understand is, how are we racist towards our own people? Why are we so embarrassed of our own roots and ethnicity?

If we were accepted here then I would somewhat understand but in eyes of a white man we are all immigrants who should be kicked out.⁨
