hi girls i recently had a very deep conversation with my therapist about my sense of duty and my rigidity due to my ocd illness and we both thought about reconsidering some of the things of my life that i just do as obbligation not to delete them from my life but to give them a positive and good meaning and making them not only an obbligation but also aomething i like to do. i realized that wearing the hijab is an habit for me and that i dont necessarely wear it with ease or liking it. i am okay wearing it and is now part of my identity but it also bring so much pain in my life because people constantly have things to say and i always feel the pressure to act like a perfect robot so people have a good rappresentation of hijabi but i feel too tired of always having to be impeccable. i dont want to remove it just because of people but i would love to learn how to find a balance betweet being a good example and rappresentation without feeling too much pressure and also i wiuld like to be more aware so that i dont wear it also for habits but also because of a deep understanding. can somebody of the girl share their opinion? i would love to listen to you girls <3

Side note can we talk about how the quality has gone way down for hijabs/modest clothing and they’re so transparent but then the price is higher than ever. Not to mention a plain modest dress would retail starting around 60 and easily go up to 100+ for a small design or embellishment. I’m so tired of it 🙄
