Salaam. Anyone here who goes to Nuffield Health? Gym isn't my thing but recent health issues means that I have to get into it now but since joining back in August, I now seem to have lost the motivation for it. I prefer doing my own thing so I'm not looking for someone to workout with but it would be nice to have someone to "go" with or check in with (read- try and shame myself to not skip going 🫣).
