Last night I had a dream I made a really delicious rice dish and it came out as perfectly seasoned and it was the most fluffy rice ever and I couldnt stop eating it. The problem is I have no clue how I made it and dont remember what ingredients I used that were special... all I remember is it had the most perfect umami flavour. I reckon onions were for sure involved. Well I guess we will experiment in the kitchen and try and reverse engineer it from taste memory
