Just curious where do women by their modest gymwear from?
I want to make a more proactive effort to dress more modestly in the gym. recently joined a body building gym and i don’t really want to attract attention hence the thought, but the modestwear i’m seeing online is so 🥴🫠🤮
i need some cute halal gym fit recommendations, so if any girlies can share would be greatly appreciated
What do you put in your morning shake, if you wanna use it as a breakfast alternative?

Saw a post and it made me think about the men who keep bullying me at my new gym.
There are two of them who do circuits during peak times and monopolise multiple machines at once. Whenever I ask how long they have left, they either tell me I do not need to use it or tell me to go and use something else.
It is honestly so upsetting. This is exactly why I hate mixed gyms. Women are never this inconsiderate.
Does anyone have any experience with red light therapy devices or tools? For hair, skin, recovery, inflammation, anything really.
Would like to know if it’s helped considerably or if it yields negligible results
