Guys, if you're eating well and working out 4-6 times a week, prioritising a healthy lifestyle with the occasional treats, would you consider marrying someone who has a visible potbelly (not obese) and doesn't eat healthy at all? Would you try and speak to them about their health or just pack it in and go find someone else

Salaams All, can anyone recommend any female only gyms in Birmingham? Preferably around the Sutton Coldfield area or surrounding. I’ve tried Pure Gym as thay have female only section but it’s so small & pretty awful tbh. Thanks ☺️

To all people who are new to fitness my advice would be don't give up , I still remember people use to laugh at me when I started running because I was fat 104kg

Going forward Alhumdolillah I can run up to 12km now in an hour without stopping with lean body at 65 kg

It wouldn't happen over night but it will happen if u are consistent at good eating habbits and creating a caloric defecit with diet and exercise combo

Don't give up no matter what fitness routine u choose

The earlier you go to bed, the better you will feel.

Going to sleep at 9-10pm is a cheat code for weight loss, muscle gain & energy.

Going to bed early is the new badge of honor.

I think it's going to be a relaxing yoga flow for me today. Maybe one or two isolated weighted exercises.
What do you have planned today?
