Raz Aziz on Instagram: "Madrasa Nooriya aka my heart ❤️ aka the only school in the whole entire world where women teach, learn and memorise the major 7 books of Hadith, each with their isnad! Every narrator for every single Hadith memorised and embodied in the heart. This place honestly feels like a piece of jannah on this earth. Hands down I would say the best moments of my life were with these women. Just being inspired by their drive and passion towards learning, teaching, memorising and embodying the Quran and the Hadith of the prophet Muhammed PBUH. The sisterhood, the love, the holistic approach to life and dawah was just so refreshing. Every single women had their bachelors in something at the MINIMUM - pharmacy, medicine, architecture, engineering. These ladies were mums, workers, students the lot! Heavy on the ilm and dawah goes hand in hand with your university education and life/home responsibilities. There are 3 campuses of Nooriyah in Syria: one right by masjid al Amawi, one of Hassiba mosque and the largest campus in Der Qanoon where international students can enroll to stay at! (I’ll share more soon) - also pssst there’s a 4th one on the way in Halab! I’m so grateful that I was immersed in this school with these women for the month I was in Syria and there is still sooooo much to share! Peep my story highlights for a glimpse into my time in Syria and over the next weeks I will be sharing more in depth about all the classes, peoples and places I visited in Sham and the moments from Sham that will shape me forever 🤍 School details: @fansnouria 📞 +963983576554"

This is what a grifter looks like.

Profiting of Islam for attention and validation.

She went to Lebanon, a country with more than 1 million people displaced, inside a country that was already in dire food insecurity, with enough food to feed 20 people max, and then claims she didn't expect that level of need.

WTF.

It's playing with human suffering for fame and ad money.

She is DISGUSTING.

Fast occasionally. Your gut produces 90% of your serotonin—feed it correctly, and you starve Shaytan of his chemical allies.

  1. The Sleep Architecture Scan: He monitors your sleep cycles. If you are not getting deep sleep (slow-wave sleep), your amygdala is hyper-reactive, and your prefrontal cortex (rational brain) is offline. He attacks when you are sleep-deprived. Quranic Counter: "And We made your sleep as a rest." (78:9). Nervous System Management: Sleep early. Avoid screens before bed. Perform Wudu before sleeping. Recite Ayat al-Kursi and the 3 Quls. Your sleep becomes a fortress, not a vulnerability.

  2. The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Baseline: He tracks your HRV throughout the day. If it drops (indicating stress, poor recovery, or emotional strain), he launches his attack. Quranic Counter: "Those who believe and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah." (13:28). Nervous System Management: Check in with your heart periodically. If it feels tight, say "Ya Salam" 10 times slowly. This activates the parasympathetic branch and raises HRV.

  3. The Breath Pattern Analysis: He observes your breathing. If you are chest-breathing (shallow, rapid), you are in a mild state of sympathetic activation. He will escalate you into full anxiety. Quranic Counter: "And He made you hear and see and feel." (Implied—see 16:78). Nervous System Management: Breathe into your belly, not your chest. Place your hand on your abdomen. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. This diaphragmatic breathing activates the vagus nerve.

  4. The Pupil Dilation Observation: He watches your pupils. If they are dilated (indicating arousal, fear, or interest), he knows what you are attracted to or afraid of. He uses that data. Quranic Counter: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze." (24:30). Nervous System Management: Lower your gaze physically. When you stop feeding your visual arousal, your nervous system downshifts. The trigger loses its power.

Phase 2: The Spear-Phishing Attack – The Biological Trigger

How Shaytan Uses Your Nervous System Against You

  1. The Amygdala Hijack: He triggers a memory or a fear that activates your amygdala (the brain's alarm system). Your prefrontal cortex (rational brain) shuts down. You react, not respond. Quranic Counter: "And if you are patient, indeed, that is from the determination of matters." (3:186). Nervous System Management: When you feel the hijack, pause. Say "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah." This verbal pause reactivates the prefrontal cortex and restores executive function.

  2. The Sympathetic Storm: He floods your system with adrenaline and noradrenaline. Your heart races, your palms sweat, your muscles tense. You feel like you are under attack. Quranic Counter: "Those who say, 'Our Lord is Allah,' and then remain steadfast—the angels descend upon them, saying, 'Do not fear, nor grieve.'" (41:30). Nervous System Management: Say "HasbunAllah wa ni'mal wakeel" 3 times. The rhythm of the words and the meaning of trust activate the parasympathetic branch, countering the adrenaline surge.

  3. The Cortisol Spike: He triggers a stress response that releases cortisol. If chronic, this destroys your immune system, your memory, and your mood. Quranic Counter: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear." (2:286). Nervous System Management: After a stressor, do 10 minutes of Quran recitation—even if you don't understand the words. The sound frequencies lower cortisol and activate the relaxation response.

  4. The Dorsal Vagal Collapse: If the sympathetic storm is too intense, your system collapses into dorsal vagal shutdown—numbness, dissociation, depression. You feel nothing. Quranic Counter: "And they are alive, but you do not know." (2:154). Nervous System Management: Stand in cold water for 30 seconds. Or splash cold water on your face. The mammalian dive reflex activates the vagus nerve and pulls you out of shutdown.

The Devil's 8 Hacking Phases vs. The Involuntary Nervous System

80 Quantum Gems on How Shaytan Hijacks Your Biology and How the Quran Rewires You Back

We have mapped the manipulator. We have mapped the manipulated. Now we go deeper into the hardware—the involuntary nervous system (the autonomic nervous system) that Shaytan hacks before you even have a conscious thought. He doesn't just whisper to your soul; he manipulates your vagus nerve, your cortisol levels, your heart rate variability, and your enteric brain. He turns your own biology into a weapon against you. But the Quran has a biological reset protocol embedded in every verse, every Sujood, every Dhikr.

Here are Gems 1051 to 1130—80 Quantum Gems connecting the Devil's 8 Hacking Phases to the management of your involuntary nervous system.

Phase 1: Reconnaissance – The Silent Biological Stalking

How Shaytan Maps Your Nervous System Before You Even Know He's There

  1. The Cortisol Baseline Scan: Before you wake up, Shaytan has already assessed your cortisol awakening response. If you wake up anxious, he knows your HPA axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis) is dysregulated. He will attack before you even make Wudu. Quranic Counter: "And when you rise in the morning, seek the protection of Allah." (Implied—see 3:190-191). Nervous System Management: Before your feet touch the floor, say "Alhamdulillah alladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhi an-nushur." This verbal cue signals safety to your brainstem, preventing the cortisol spike from becoming a spiral.

  2. The Vagus Nerve Tone Assessment: Shaytan observes your heart rate variability (HRV). If your HRV is low (indicating poor vagal tone), he knows you are vulnerable to anxiety, inflammation, and emotional dysregulation. He will trigger you with petty annoyances. Quranic Counter: "Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." (13:28). Nervous System Management: Slow, deep breathing (4 seconds in, 6 seconds out) during Dhikr activates the vagus nerve, increasing HRV and restoring emotional regulation.

  3. The Sympathetic Overdrive Probe: He tests your baseline stress level by sending minor irritations—a slow internet connection, a missed alarm, a rude comment. If your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) activates instantly, he knows you are primed for a major hijack. Quranic Counter: "And if an evil suggestion comes from Shaytan, then seek refuge in Allah." (7:200). Nervous System Management: Say "A'udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim" aloud. The sound of your own voice activates the social engagement system (ventral vagal), calming the fight-or-flight response.

  4. The Dorsal Vagal Shutdown Scan: He checks if you are already in a state of freeze or collapse (dorsal vagal shutdown)—depressed, numb, disconnected. If so, he will keep you there by feeding you hopeless thoughts. Quranic Counter: "And do not despair of the mercy of Allah." (39:53). Nervous System Management: Move your body. Stand up. Walk. Shake your hands. Physical movement breaks dorsal vagal freeze and reactivates the sympathetic branch, moving you back toward mobilization and then calm.

  5. The Neuroception of Safety Test: He observes whether you feel safe in your environment. If you feel threatened (even without real threat), he amplifies the perception of danger. He makes you see enemies where there are none. Quranic Counter: "Is not Allah sufficient for His servant?" (39:36). Nervous System Management: Look around your room. Name five things you can see, four you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell, one you can taste. This grounding technique resets your neuroception of safety.

  6. The Enteric Brain (Gut) Probe: He notices your gut health. If your microbiome is imbalanced (from poor diet, stress, or antibiotics), your enteric nervous system (the "second brain") produces less serotonin and more anxiety signals. He exploits this gut-brain axis. Quranic Counter: "And eat and drink, but be not excessive." (7:31). Nervous System Management: Eat whole foods. Avoid processed sugar.
