ArcevoCirqle is an experiment in behavioral infrastructure... building technical discipline and real systems inside Nigeria's academic environment. We are currently in the middle of building two live projects: ArcID, a digital identity and verification system, and ArcBase, our ecosystem resource database.

The Hive Mind Initiative is how we grow people alongside the technology. Instead of a classroom, we open the build room. You sit inside a real system getting made... watching the decisions, absorbing the logic, contributing where your hands are useful, and you grow through direct exposure.

This is not an internship. There is no salary. No certificate at the end of a fixed program.

What there is: real tasks, real exposure, and if this system becomes what we are building it to be... early contributors will have access to features, tools, and opportunities inside the ecosystem before anyone else does.

You do not need experience. You need honesty about where you are, and a genuine willingness to grow.

We are opening contributor spots across the following tracks:

• UI/UX Design - thinking in flows, screens, and user experience
• Frontend Development - building what users see and interact with
• Media & Content - documenting the build, driving the Hive Code Series
• Technical Writing - turning complex decisions into clear documentation
• Data & Tracking - managing registries, metrics, and ecosystem records
• Education & Tutoring - supporting ArcBase's academic resource layer

Complete beginners are welcome in every track. What we screen for is not your portfolio... it is your ability to show up consistently, receive feedback honestly, and grow inside an environment that is still being built.

To apply, you will complete a short entry task... not an interview, not a long form. A few honest questions about what you have attempted before and what you are willing to commit. The task itself is the filter.
