I'm interested in how men and women deal with conflicts at the job differently.
Let's assume you are in this scenario: A co-worker doesn't follow a direct order from your both manager. That behavior has a direct negative effect on you. How do you deal with it?
Talk to the co-worker in private without involving the manager? Inform the manager without talking to the co-worker? Something else?
