I dunno what im gonna say here :((, just wanna yapping about confusion in my job. Im working in trading company as a pharmacist and regulatory affairs(freshgrad) in chemical department, i supposed to be hired for a project of pharma certification in our warehouse, but this project face many difficulties, related to government regulation. Also currently we must start from 0 again cause of some problems that i was worried about since beginning, but the higher up doesnt care, we just know the impact now. Eventho we have a pharma consultant, but cause the regulation changes, we still need to learn again. Till 5 months im being hired, i always study by myself, cause no any mentors (pharmacist), but im actively asking to all staff here about the routine and how things works here.

We also have a pharmacist (sales), but she just resign a month ago. After that, im thinking to look for other opportunities that can give me more knowledge and experience related to pharma. cause here, im being a consultant for this company and a middleman to communicate with government and supplier relate to import and export regulation for all chemical materials, even i also learn about how logistic and supply chain works. Tbh im happy to learn a new knowledge, but i felt im just being a consultant, im not directly responsible to those work, even for some licenses we pay 3rd party to work on it.

Actually this is a greenflag company, they let me to explore my work alone. but since my project getting stuck, no progress, at the some point im thinking to move in a pharma company, which has more clear tasks and career opportunities. Furthermore, after the sales has resigned, they start to ask me something related to sales work in pharma area, which i dont want tbh. I know that they have no idea about pharma product and i must help them, but even a non pharmacist sales in my company who already works in pharma for 15 years also doesnt have a good product knowledge they promoted, then im wondering what have you done on 15 years heree :))).

Beside that, tbh im already at the point if someone ask me what my tasks here, i dont even know what exactly my works are, felt clueless and lost, eventho im working on smth like creating the SOP, consult with the government and 3rd party, etc, im still thinking what my tasks are.

Also idk why i felt like after get this job, im getting far with my God:((
