I attended a teambuilding event hosted by another team today. Since I support them, they somehow invited me too.
The organizer of this event is so smart. Instead of straight-away inviting us to join, she sent an email asking "Hey, are you guys free on these dates? We’re planning something but will tell you more after we receive your confirmation." I really should have known it was a trap 🥲
Don't get me wrong, I actually like teambuilding! Especially if the activity is a treasure hunt. My competitive spirit and creative mind will absolutely peak during that. Or if it’s outdoor glamping (which I organized before, so the activities were super chill 🏕).
But this teambuilding? It’s the total khemah ibadah (motivational camps) type. The kind where you are stuck indoors for 8 hours straight, listening to motivational brainwashing and doing group activities 😑🥱
Honestly, because I lived in a hostel for around 10 years during my high school and uni days, this just gave me major flashbacks to those school motivational camps 😭😂🤣
Okay, that's all for now. Thank you for reading 🫡

POV: I'm an English learner and an English tutor at the same time. 😌💪🏻
So of course, my class topics have to be:
✨ fresh
✨ relevant
✨ fun
✨ rarely discussed in regular English classes
Because learning English isn't just about grammar. It's also about understanding real conversations, internet culture, youth language, and how people actually speak today.
Next month class, peeps.
ان شاء الله stay tuned for Indonesians @kancabahasa . 🇬🇧✨

Why Does Islam Permit Marrying Up to Four Wives?
Some people think Islam encourages men to marry multiple women, but that is not the case. Islam permits marrying up to four wives only under specific conditions, with the aim of protecting the dignity, security, and future of widows, orphans, and women without support. The most important condition is that a husband must deal with all of his wives with complete justice, fairness, and equality. If he cannot do that, Islam instructs him to marry only one.
The easiest way to strengthen society is to make marriage easier.
When marriage is made easy, young people are better protected from immoral relationships, families become stronger, and society becomes more stable. Let us replace excessive wedding expenses, unreasonable dowries, and unnecessary cultural burdens with a culture that encourages simple and lawful marriage.
“Make marriage easy, not difficult. Help young people build their lives through a lawful and honorable union.” 🌿
