Advice for Men
Start your day with whatever your basic rituals are.
Follow what has been taught by the elders and the wise. Your routine depends on your life, your situation, your clock, your responsibilities, and your own discipline.
But once you step out, don’t step out empty.
Always have these in your EDC (Everyday Carry):
A valid ID card.
One good debit or credit card not your whole wallet.
A little bit of cash.
A clean handkerchief two if possible. One for you, one to offer someone else.
Your keys on a strong carabiner keychain.
A small legal 4 inch blade pocket knife or multitool (Check your local laws)
A knuckle buster, if legal in your area (If not be carefu). Be aware of your local laws and authorities. This is not to start fights, show off, or act tough. It is only for extreme situations where you may need to protect yourself, your family, or someone weak and helpless.
A pen.
A small notebook or folded paper.
A compact flashlight.
A car window breaker even if you don't own a car.
A power bank and/or charging cable.
Basic medicines you may need.
A couple of band-aids.
Your phone, fully charged.
And most importantly, a calm mind.
A man should be prepared, not paranoid.
Carry things that help you solve problems, protect your dignity, assist others, and move through the world with control.
Strength is not in looking dangerous.
Strength is in being calm, aware, useful, and ready when it matters.
Your EDC should say one thing about you: I am ready.

Very well said. Here are some of my rules which I personally follow, implement, adhere to. And suggest you guys also consider it & try to implement.
Carry a foldable knf, knuckle d, taxer, bat0n, p spray etc
If u can afford it, buy a licence carry PDW, over an iphone or bike.
Have somethings 🏏🗡️🚿♨️🧪⛽🍾 stashed in home in case of arson, riots, robbery, murdr etc
Always have a home insurance, critical illness & life insurance, OPD + health insurance. This is crucial. No one will come to save you & your family.
Sell the depriciating assets like flats, multiple houses in cities. Buy appreciating & safe survival assets, like farm land or a different passport, for long-term survival safety of your family.
Always wear helmet ⛑️, level 2 armour jacket 🧥, boots 🥾, armor pants 👖, knew guard, gloves etc while driving a two wheelers, along with an inner layer, face mask.
Always have multiple 📸 CCTVs at house, esp outside, front & back Double dash cam in car, body cam, bike helmet mount cam.
Secure the doors 🚪, Gate ⛩️, windows, entry points with strong material, barbed, electric ⚡,glass, over useless interior designer 'aesthetic' decor.
Choose functionality, practicality, safety security, automation, machinery appliances, electronics, utility gadgets, over 'aesthetics' interior decoration, useless furnitures, luxury work, chandeliers, TV, Sofa sets, Sound systems, useless false ceiling lighting etc
And avoid inviting other's, esp non-muslims within/into your homes. No matter how close. They all snitch
