A sacred journey of faith and devotion 🕋 Share reflections, duas, and experiences from Hajj and Umrah and support each other along the way.
🌿 THE FIRST DAY IN YOUR GRAVE 🌿
One day, your name will be called for the last time.
Your family and friends will carry you to your grave. Tears will be shed, du'as will be made, and then everyone will return home.
But you will remain.
Alone.
The first night in the grave is a night unlike any other. No wealth will accompany you. No status will benefit you. No friend will remain beside you.
Allah ﷻ says:
"Every soul shall taste death, and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection."
(Qur'an 3:185)
In the grave, the questioning begins.
Who is your Lord?
What is your religion?
Who is your Prophet?
The answers will not come from memorization alone, but from a life lived upon faith, obedience, and sincerity.
The grave is either a garden from the gardens of Paradise or a pit from the pits of Hellfire.
Today, we still have an opportunity.
🤲 Repent before death reaches us.
📖 Read the Qur'an before others read it over us.
🕌 Pray before others pray our Janazah.
❤️ Do good deeds before our book of deeds is closed forever.
May Allah ﷻ make our graves spacious and filled with light, protect us from the punishment of the grave, keep us firm when questioned, and grant us Jannatul Firdaus.
Ameen. 🤲
One minute you don't have it. The next minute your cup is overflowing. That's how Allah pours His blessings. Suddenly, abruptly and always right on time. Trust his process. "Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease [relief]." 65:7.🌸💖💫
Ya Allah, if my delays are due to evil eyes, envy, jealousy, or just unseen barriers, please kindly remove them. You're Al-Fattah the opener of all doors, and you never delay our duas without a reason, and you DON'T deny without replacing it with something better..♥️
Ameen..🤲
I'm in love with this reminder🌸💫
If Allah didn't want to accept your dua, He would not have guided you to make the dua in the first place.🌸💫
Dear brothers and sisters
SPECIAL DUA FOR ALL OF YOU
🤲 O Allah, Ash-Shafi, the Healer, grant complete shifa to all those among us who are sick. Remove their pain, cure their illnesses, strengthen their bodies and hearts, and replace their suffering with health, comfort, and reward.
🤲 O Allah, Ar-Razzaq, the Provider, open the doors of halal sustenance for those who are unemployed and seeking work. Bless them with beneficial opportunities, lawful income, dignity, and success. Ease their worries and provide for them from sources they could never imagine.
🤲 O Allah, Al-Wahhab, the Bestower, bless those who are seeking righteous spouses. Grant them pious partners who will be a source of tranquility, love, mercy, and support in their journey towards You. Unite them in halal and place barakah in their marriages.
🤲 O Allah, relieve those who are struggling, comfort those who are sad, guide those who are confused, forgive our sins, accept our repentance, and keep our hearts firm upon Islam.
🤲 Our Lord, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:201)
🌿 THE BEAUTY OF SURAH AL-A'RAF 🌿
Surah Al-A'raf is a powerful chapter that reminds us of the struggle between truth and falsehood, guidance and misguidance. Through the stories of Prophet Adam (عليه السلام), Prophet Nuh, Hud, Salih, Lut, Shu'ayb, and Musa (عليهم السلام), Allah teaches us the importance of faith, obedience, patience, and trust in Him.
Allah ﷻ says:
"Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – We do not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds."
(Surah Al-A'raf 7:170)
And Allah ﷻ says:
"And My mercy encompasses all things."
(Surah Al-A'raf 7:156)
These verses remind us that Allah's mercy is vast and that every sincere effort for His sake is rewarded.
🌷 Lessons Learned from Surah Al-A'raf
✅ Obey Allah and avoid the whispers of Shaytan.
The story of Adam (عليه السلام) teaches us that Shaytan is our clear enemy and that repentance is always the path back to Allah.
✅ Pride leads to destruction.
Iblis was expelled because of arrogance. Humility is a quality beloved to Allah.
✅ Patience brings victory.
The Prophets endured rejection, hardship, and mockery, yet they remained steadfast upon the truth.
✅ Allah's mercy is greater than our sins.
No matter how many mistakes we make, sincere repentance opens the door to Allah's forgiveness.
✅ Follow guidance before it is too late.
The nations that rejected their prophets suffered the consequences of turning away from Allah's message.
✅ True success is in faith and righteous deeds.
Worldly status and wealth do not benefit a person without obedience to Allah.
🤍 Reflection
Surah Al-A'raf reminds us that life is a test. Every day we choose between following our desires or following Allah's guidance. Those who remain sincere, patient, and obedient will find success in this world and eternal happiness in the Hereafter.
