How much of your mental health has been impacted by bullying and shaming? (Both through direct and subtle ways).

How many times you've fallen in the trap of looking at yourself from the lens of those who don't appreciate you verses those who do?

Bismillah

There are moments when the world feels too heavy, when no one truly understands the pain hidden inside your heart. But even in those silent battles, Allah is always listening. 🤍
When you can’t find a shoulder to cry on, place your worries before the One who never turns away from His servants. Every tear you shed in sujood is seen, every dua is heard, and every hardship carries a hidden mercy.

Sometimes healing begins not with words, but with a sincere conversation between you and Allah. 🌙
May Allah ease every burdened heart, forgive our sins, replace our sadness with peace, and grant us strength through every trial. Ameen. 🤲

I always remember this aayah:
لا يكلف الله نفسا إلا وسعها

Allah will not burden us with more than we can handle,

It’s like a promotion exam—what do we find in that exam? Are there answers to all the questions? Do we not have to think? Do we not have to study hard?

Well, from this analogy, we can conclude that every test Allah gives us is meant for one purpose: so we can level up!!
Allah tests us to determine whether we’re truly worthy of leveling up.

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكُم
Last week, a woman who had recently given birth was brought to our hospital after developing serious mental health symptoms. For days, her family believed she was affected by jinn. After proper medical assessment and treatment, she is now improving.

Postpartum depression and other postpartum mental health conditions are real medical illnesses that deserve timely care. As Muslims, we can seek healing through the Qur'an and dua while also using appropriate medical treatment. The two are not contradictory.

Mental health matters. Early treatment saves lives.

Not because the pain disappeared, but because I realized most people only stay for the happy version of you. The broken pieces make them uncomfortable.
