I’m interested in training, any tips?

I felt like a human punch bag for a minute today in sparring.

But came out so happy ( achievement !!) , as I blocked all the kicks and punches bar one. ‎الحمد لله . I told him to come at me hard.

I did one illegal move. I got this guy in a headlock and did an uppercut to his tummy ( not hard obviously as it’s sparring). Ouch .

I'm living RAF, did anyone watch RAF 9?

I don't know who is in my destiny, I don't know where is that person with whom I want to spend my entire life, I hope to find him too, I am searching for him, to talk to him, to roam around with him, but after meeting him a lot, I lost my life...?
