A Reminder to the Fathers of Children with Special Needs

Dear fathers,

Before you walk away from the precious responsibility Allah has placed in your hands, remember this: your child is not a burden — your child may be one of your greatest doors to mercy.

Some children may not speak.
Some children may not express love in the ways we expect.
Some children may need more patience, more care, and more sacrifice.

But every moment you spend beside them, every smile you bring to their face, every time you choose patience over distance — Allah sees it all.

This dunya is temporary. We are all travelers on a journey back to our Creator. Many people who once walked this earth have already returned, and one day our journey will also come to an end.

So before neglecting a responsibility Allah has entrusted to you, remember the blessing in front of you.

A child’s needs may feel heavy at times, but that same child may be a means of your growth, your forgiveness, and your closeness to Allah.

Hold onto them. Love them. Show up for them.

Because sometimes the smallest hands are the ones that lead us toward the greatest mercy.

May Allah make us all people who fulfill our trusts and grant us Jannah through His mercy.

So we divorced and have 3 kids together, he’s not talked to his kids for 1.5 years. Like not one text or asked how they are, how can this person just without knowing. Breaks my heart so much

Are majority of single mothers finding it difficult to find someone for marriage? What do men say to you ? Are majority of men not accepting single mothers?
