Youthful skin in your late 20s without Botox or fillers?
As a longevity & anti-aging specialist, one of the most common questions I get is:
“How do you maintain a youthful look naturally?”
The truth is:
Healthy skin is usually a reflection of internal health, lifestyle consistency, recovery, and prevention not just cosmetic procedures.
Here’s what I personally prioritize from the inside out:
🥤 Daily internal habits
Morning habits that support skin health, energy, and longevity:
• Liquid chlorophyll
→ Supports overall wellness & skin clarity

• 1 spoon of coconut butter
→ Healthy fats that support hormones, skin barrier function & energy

• Collagen powder (in a shake)
→ Supports skin elasticity, hydration & joint health

• Electrolytes + chia seeds
→ Hydration, minerals & skin support

💊 Core supplements I prioritize

• Vitamin D → Hormonal balance, immunity & mood
• Omega-3 → Anti-inflammatory support for skin & brain health
• Magnesium → Stress management, sleep & recovery
• Iron (when clinically needed) → Supports energy & prevents fatigue-related dullness
• Zinc → Skin healing & acne support
• Biotin → Hair & nail support
• Vitamin C → Collagen synthesis & antioxidant protection

💧 Hydration matters more than most people think.
I aim for around 3 liters of water daily.

✨ Professional skin treatments
(maintenance, not shortcuts)

• Hydrafacial
→ Every 2 weeks for cleansing, hydration & glow

• Microneedling (Dermapen)
→ Monthly collagen stimulation & texture support

• Skin boosters (every few months depending on skin condition):
-PRP / PRF therapy
→ Uses your body’s own growth factors to support collagen & skin quality

-Profhilo
→ Deep hydration & skin remodeling without adding facial volume

-Exosome therapy
→ Regenerative signaling support for skin repair & collagen production

• Chemical peeling
→ Periodic skin renewal & pigment support

• Fractional laser
→ Long-term collagen remodeling & resurfacing

💆‍♀️ Daily skincare & facial techniques

• Gua sha & facial massage
→ Supports circulation & lymphatic drainage

• Silicone cupping
→ Helps reduce puffiness & support facial definition

• Facial taping during sleep
→ Helps support lymphatic drainage, reduce morning puffiness & maintain facial contour positioning during low-movement hours

Core skincare ingredients I consistently use:

• Retinol → Collagen support & cell turnover
• Hyaluronic acid → Deep hydration
• Niacinamide → Barrier support & pore refinement
• Vitamin C → Brightening & antioxidant support
• Peptides → Skin firmness support
• Ceramides → Strengthen the skin barrier
• SPF → Daily non-negotiable

🔑 The most overlooked anti-aging factors

• Sleep is one of the most powerful recovery tools (7–8 hours minimum)
• SPF daily even indoors, even during winter
• Reducing sugar spikes helps minimize glycation-related aging
• Strength training improves circulation, hormones & overall skin quality
• Gut health and skin health are deeply connected

💡 Final thought

Your skin often reflects how well you take care of your body not just how many treatments you’ve done
It starts with your daily habits, recovery, nutrition, movement, stress management, and consistency.

who tried peptides for anti-aging / skin / longevity what actually worked for you? 👀✨
There are so many types now and honestly the peptide world feels overwhelming
I keep hearing about:
• collagen peptides
• GHK-Cu copper peptides
• BPC-157
• GLP-1 related peptides
But what is actually worth it?
What did you notice helped with:
• skin quality
• inflammation
• recovery
• hair
• energy
• body composition
And where do people even get legitimate peptides safely in UAE/Abu Dhabi without ending up with fake products? 🥲

Went for a ultrasound scan. I might have endometriosis. The lady was saying left something endometriosis, right something endometriosis. And other stuff that sounded gibberish But won't find out until 5 days from the gp

So....I'm down with a dumb cold. My body for some reason just keeps craving citrus, coconut water, watermelon, and pineapple both as fresh fruits and juices. So I've been eating and drinking a LOT of oranges, clementines, mandarins, pineapples, watermelon (just watermelon, nothing else added), coconut water as well as pure black cherry juice (only cherries in it) since Friday night.

This morning (Tuesday), I kid you not...I woke up to almost glowing skin. My skincare routine hasn't changed and I mean come on, I'm not exactly my 100% right now (though today, I'm close to 85-90%. Hopefully this cold will fully go away by midweek). I haven't been doing much of "skincare". Nor did I get my full, deep 8 hours of sleep for couple of nights. But even during this under-the-weather situation, my skin is glowing! I think I'm gonna keep the citrus, watermelon, coconut, pineapple and cherry in my list everyday from now on. I still dont know WHY my body has been craving these in particular during this cold. I never experienced this before, but I'm glad I did because wow my face! 😳😳
