Anyone tried a good reformer Pilates studio in Abu Dhabi that actually has proper beginner classes? 😭
I joined a regular class and spent half the session fighting for my life on the machine while everyone else looked elegant and coordinated 🥲🌝
I’ll appreciate your recommendations for a studio where:
- beginners won’t feel publicly humiliated 😂
2)instructors actually guide you properly
3)there’s a pay-per-class/drop-in option without needing to sell a kidney for a monthly package 😅
