What the most important values that makes workmen different? Beside looks.

I think almost all person in the world world has hunger of love and care.even if wild animals that will kill you in minute like lion hyena etc kept with love and care would become friendly, loving and harmless.i accept that some peoples are greedy and become your friend for money only.but other can be needy if fulfill their need give him time,love and care any strangers can become so close that he/she can sacrifice their life if you need.but it will take time even decades to fill their heart at this level.my thought is to give love,respect, time,care and understanding their state of mind at the time to everyone.
