Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
(Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you)

Dear Reader,

I want to start by saying: I know exactly how you feel.

I know what it is like to wake up with a heavy heart, to feel like nothing is going right, to suffer from sickness or sadness that has no medical explanation, or to feel blocked from the happiness, success, and blessings you deserve. I know what it is to wonder: “Is this a test from Allah… or is this something else?”

That confusion, that pain, and that search for answers is exactly why I wrote Free Yourself.

This ebook is not just words on paper — it is the guidance I wish I had when I was searching for clarity. It is a collection of clear signs, authentic knowledge, and practical remedies taken only from the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, because true healing and protection can only come from Allah.

Inside these pages, you will find:
✅ How to clearly recognise the signs of Sihr, Evil Eye, and spiritual harm
✅ How to tell the difference between a trial from Allah and spiritual harm
✅ Step-by-step ways to remove it, cleanse yourself, and cleanse your home
✅ The specific Duas, Surahs, and practices that bring cure and protection
✅ How to stay safe and protected every single day, by the will of Allah

My dear brother/sister, you do not have to suffer in silence, and you do not have to stay stuck. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:

“And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers.”
— Surah Al-Isra, 17:82

The cure is here. The guidance is here. And most importantly, help from Allah is always near.

Read this book with an open heart, act upon what you learn, and trust that Allah will relieve your pain and lift this hardship — for indeed, with hardship comes ease.

If this book helps you, or if you feel peace and relief after reading it, please do one small thing for me: leave an honest review and share it with someone you know who is suffering silently. You have no idea how much reward you will get for guiding someone else to the cure, in shā Allāh.

May Allah accept your efforts, remove every harm from you and your family, protect you from every evil eye and every sihr, and fill your life with light, peace, and endless blessings.

Heat solution – Help out your family and each other by making suggestions how you would keep cool under the warmest May on record – London was the warmest as temperature reached 34.8°C

Day time
• Keep curtains closed if sun is shining into your rooms, keep windows open on the other side
• Vacuum the floor earlier in the day to prevent dust mites flying into your lungs
• Heat reflective window films/screens during sunshine.

Night time
• Buckets/Bowls or any container of water with ice cubes preferably all around the bedroom + fan on low setting to prevent fan heat circulating
• Air conditioner – avoid especially if you suffer from allergies and it's not helping the Earth, however, use if you have elderly/unwell who may suffer heat stroke.

• Sips of water all day, unless you're fasting tomorrow, then eat a lot of vegetables and fruits with slightly salted water before Fajr begins (sehri ends). Bear in mind water itself doesn't keep you hydrated.

Ten Signs of a Munāfiq (Qur’anic Perspective)

  1. Speaking faith outwardly while concealing disbelief or insincerity in the heart (Al-Baqarah 2:8–10).
  2. Lying or being dishonest in speech and promises (“When they speak, they lie” – Hadith also echoes this trait).
  3. Breaking promises and commitments after making them (Al-Baqarah 2:27).
  4. Pretending to do good deeds for show, not sincerity (Al-Nisa 4:142).
  5. Lazy or reluctant in acts of worship, doing them only when seen by others (Al-Nisa 4:142).
  6. Seeking to deceive or manipulate believers and others (Al-Baqarah 2:9).
  7. Having wavering loyalty—moving between truth and falsehood depending on benefit (Al-Nisa 4:143).
  8. Mocking or undermining sincere believers secretly or subtly (Al-Baqarah 2:14–15).
  9. Prioritising worldly gain, status, or approval over truth and faith (Al-Munafiqun 63:1–2).
  10. Fearful, anxious, and lacking inner stability because of double standards and dishonesty (Al-Ahzab 33:12–13 context themes).

Core Qur’anic theme: hypocrisy is not just “acting” religious—it is a deep mismatch between outer appearance and inner truth, especially when behaviour changes depending on advantage or audience.
