Why is it that some people in their 20s have saved six figures, bought property, or built businesses, while some people in their 30s and 40s haven’t saved £10,000?

The difference isn’t age. It’s mindset, priorities, and the decisions made over time.

To every man and woman in the world,

Abuse is not strength. Cruelty is not leadership. Manipulation is not love. And hiding behind religion, culture, family, or reputation will never make oppression acceptable.

To those who hurt others behind closed doors while presenting themselves as righteous in public: every action has consequences. The wounds you leave may be invisible, but they are real. Words, threats, humiliation, isolation, and emotional torture can leave scars just as deep as physical violence.

To families who unite against one person, especially a daughter, wife, mother, or daughter-in-law: ask yourselves how any human being is expected to survive when faced with the weight of many against one. Before judging, controlling, or harming another person's child, remember that the same pain could one day reach your own family.

To every victim who has been silenced, dismissed, or made to feel worthless: your voice matters. Speaking the truth is not weakness. Surviving is not weakness. Choosing dignity after years of suffering is not weakness. It is courage.

Forgiveness may be possible, but healing does not require forgetting. The soul remembers what it has endured. Setting boundaries, demanding respect, and refusing further abuse are not acts of hatred; they are acts of self-respect.

No one should be told they are unloved. No one should have their children used against them. No one should be wished harm or death. These are not the actions of people guided by compassion, faith, or humanity.

To the world: believe people when they speak about abuse. Support those who are suffering. Hold abusers accountable, regardless of their status, gender, family position, or public image.

And remember: what is hidden from people is never hidden from God. Every tear, every injustice, every act of patience, and every act of cruelty is seen.

May we build a world where respect is stronger than control, where truth is stronger than fear, and where no person has to fight alone to be heard.
