I do deadlift. It is super slow because I have hurt my dominant side (wrist, shoulder, knee and ankle). I am clumsy, I know.
I don’t want to stop, but I don’t want to make it worse.

I messed up my facet joint once and had to take a break. Only for my PT to tell me that I don’t have to.
